Working closely alongside our experienced senior agronomists, you will assist with crop monitoring and provide agronomic support to help clients make informed decisions about all aspects of broadacre farming.

The Role

Working closely alongside our experienced senior agronomists, you will assist with crop monitoring and provide agronomic support to help clients make informed decisions about all aspects of broadacre farming.


Key Responsibilities & Opportunities:

  • Conducting in-field crop monitoring and data collection across a variety of farming environments. 
  • Traveling between diverse client properties to provide on-the-ground support.
  • Gaining hands-on exposure to advanced broadacre farming systems and precision agriculture.
  • Participating in innovative research and development projects.

About You

Whether you are an experienced agronomist or looking to start your career in agriculture, we want to hear from you. We are seeking applicants who:

  • Have practical experience in broad acre agronomy, or a strong interest to develop a career in this area. 
  • Have completed, or are nearing completion of, a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
  • Are self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn. 
  • Posses strong communication and organisational skills. 
  • Hold a current, valid Driver's Licence. 
  • Are legally eligible to work in Australia.
