The Role

Working within a team of experienced field research agronomists, you will assist with the design, management, analysis, and extension of on-farm field trials and applied research programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to meaningful agricultural research, effectively bridging the gap between scientific innovation and on-farm outcomes.

Key Responsibilities & Opportunities:

• Assisting with the design, setup, data collection, and management of field-trials. 
• Analysing trial data and contributing to the extension of practical research findings.
• Travelling to field trial sites and our dedicated research farm. 
• Working collaboratively from either our Toowoomba or Goondiwindi office. 

About You

We are seeking a motivated individual who wants to make a real impact in field-based agricultural science. We are seeking applicants who: 

• Have experience in agronomic research, preferably with hands-on crop field trial management. 
• Have a completed tertiary degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Agronomy or a closely related field.
• Have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
• Are self-motivated, proactive and have an enthusiastic approach to problem-solving. 
• Posses strong communication and organisational skills. 
• Hold a current, valid Driver's Licence. 
• Are legally eligible to work in Australia.
