With over 30 years of experience in agricultural production and management, Hamish brings extensive practical and technical expertise to MCA Ag Group. Hamish holds an Associate Diploma in Applied Science (Agricultural Production) from Dalby Agricultural College and an Advanced Diploma of Agriculture from Tocal College.

Since joining MCA Ag Group in 2013, Hamish has played a key role in overseeing large-scale irrigated and dryland operations, with a strong focus on efficient farm management, staff leadership, and production optimisation. His hands-on experience spans all aspects of cropping systems, irrigation management, and farm development.

Throughout his career, Hamish has been recognised with numerous Irrigated Cotton Yield, Consistency, and Farm Awards across the Macintyre Valley over the past decade — a reflection of his commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainable farming practices.
