Paul earned a Bachelor of Agricultural Science from Charles Sturt University in 1990. He began his career as a trainee agronomist with a local firm before joining MCA in 1998.
With over 30 years of experience, Paul's expertise encompasses dryland and irrigated grain production, forage crops, pulses, and agricultural management practices. Paul develops programs based on sound agronomic principles, incorporating technology to blend experience and innovation. His approach assists clients to achieve their goals sustainably, personally, and financially.
Often referred to as an "analog" enthusiast, Paul has a passion for vintage machinery and music. He is also dedicated to his role as a husband and father to three young adults.
